Nikko "Najih" Bey

Nikko Najih Bey is a multidisciplinary writer, filmmaker, and creative director whose work explores legacy, identity, and the moment a person is forced to step into who they’re meant to become. His storytelling blends elements of film, music, culture, and spirituality, often centered on characters navigating power, inheritance, and the unseen forces shaping their lives.

A graduate of the Los Angeles Film School with a Bachelor’s degree in Writing for Film & TV, Nikko has spent the past decade building his own creative ecosystem rather than waiting for an invitation into one. From performing music at packed house parties and sold-out shows to premiering self-produced short films, his work has consistently lived at the intersection of performance, storytelling, and leadership.

Nikko is the founder of INLAND, a creative platform and community initiative based in California’s Inland Empire that merges sports, media, and culture. Through INLAND, he has developed programs that highlight young athletes, produce media content, and create opportunities for mentorship and leadership beyond the game.

Expanding the platform further, Nikko is also developing a record label dedicated to discovering and producing artists from the Inland Empire, giving regional talent a platform while connecting music, film, and culture under one creative vision.

Whether directing films, writing scripts, developing artists, or building platforms for the next generation, Nikko’s work is rooted in a simple philosophy: create the room rather than wait for one.
